  • Returns accepted within 5-7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.

  • Some products (personal care, hygiene items, makeup accessories clearance sales) are non-returnable.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days (shipping fees non-refundable).

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.

  • To start a return, email us at vyniss.store@gmail.com with your order number.
